As a true story teller, you'll craft new stories worth telling for products, for solutions and for services. You'll grasp ingenious ideas and create stories that inspire and motivate, stories that match the desires, wishes, dreams of our ideal cliënts. Consistent, persistent, frequent stories, delivered to the right audience, that earn attention, trust and action, and that spread like wildfire. 

Ofcourse you'll help the team to continiously analyse, evaluate and visualise the ideal cliënts.

Experience and Competencies

You love to read and to learn about marketing, about sales, about human psychology. You already understand that brand marketing makes magic and that direct marketing makes money.

The Solution Sales Associate will actively work with the businessdevelopment.be™ team to prospect and sell actively solutions and services to new cliënts.

This position requires a person to have a passion for communication, prospecting and sales combined with a basic understanding of software features, functionas and benefits analysis.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following, but other can be added:

Researching, contacting, prospecting and meeting new potential clients. 
Handle initial contact with potential clients via phone, e-mail, instant messaging, and ofcourse in personal meetings at events.

Receive and coordinate client/prospective requests and assist in preparation of client oriented communication materials.

Fulfill general administrative and clerical duties, including maintaining our electronic and hard copy filing system. Maintain the clients relations CRM/filing en communication systems.

Comply with any and all applicable legal laws, regulations and rules; such as GDPR, Trade laws, etc. 

Take prospective clients trough the sales process and along the new customers experience journey with webinars, demo's, situation analysis and solution proposal, terms and price negotiation at several levels, getting the orde confirmed and start the client up with the client performance manager.

CLIENT PERFORMANCE MANAGER

The Cliënt Performance Manager is primarily responsible for strengthening the relationships with their (assigned) clients, helping clients grow their business by up-selling the businessdevelopment.be™ suite of solutions and services in efforts to maximize revenue streams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and improve relationships on behalf of businessdevelopment.be™ with existing clients as assigned.

Build relationships across key stakeholders in commerce- and value chain.

Ensure the voice of the customer is heard throughout the organisation (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and also with connected Partners). 

Professionally handles inbound and outbound calls with clients and users addressing any issues and training needs and resolving them promptly and thoroughly.

Provide excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure.

Continuously evaluate client health and improve client engagement and usage to meet and exceed department and client objectives.

Organize, promote and conduct efficient web-based and on-site trainings for clients as needed and recommended.

Hold people at clients organisation accountable for utilization of the solutions and services.

Report ROI and opportunities for product utilization with senior associates appointed.
